Beiersdorf Hellas optimised and transformed their business processes using Canon’s Managed Print and Document Services - A beautiful journey

After assessing that their fragmented fleet of printers caused both losses IT time and interruption of business, Beiersdorf Hellas engaged in a journey of business process transformation, that ended with significant cost savings and productivity increase.

Canon CEE Premier Partner Intersys, supported by the Canon CEE and Canon Greece teams, worked very closely with Beiersdorf Hellas to launch the project. Problems were addressed by customised Managed Print Services, put in action literally overnight.

As they progressed, they saw an opportunity to optimise approval processes that directly affected the way they work and support their customers. Inefficiencies were addressed using Managed Document Service.
